Hay Festival Hay-on-Wye 2025, Marketing video
We created this year’s promo video for Hay Festival to once again give audiences a fast-paced, energetic preview of what to expect. Building on last year’s successful format, the video uses a dynamic mix of kinetic typography, graphic overlays, and archive footage to highlight the variety of genres and events on offer.
As with last year, the video was produced in both landscape and portrait formats, with the portrait version used predominantly for paid social campaigns.
We also created a series of genre-specific videos following the same visual approach, each breaking down the acts and events within that category. These served as effective tools for audience engagement and promotion across Hay Festival’s social channels.
